 A:    None of the above. The only way you lose weight is if you're burning more calories than you eat. If you eat too much grapefruit (or any other of the foods you mentioned), you will still gaing weight.  
 
 Q:    How can I print out a journal (for medical purposes) of the food I enter for a month?

 A:    The only way is to just print the screen. We will look into making a way that you can do a printable version, like articles on the web.  
 
 Q:    Is there a reason why I lose weight in my stomach area faster than other parts of my body, example arms and thighs.

 A:    When you lose weight it comes off all over your body in equal amounts. The reason it appears to come off your stomach faster is because you have less body fat in that area and more in the others.  
 
 Q:    Does one burn more calories when one sweats more? I attend a belly dance class and our teacher keeps the aircondition setting at low such that it is very warm. I live in the Philippines, and it can be very humid and hot. The teacher and some students insist that that way we burn more calories. There are also some who complain it gets hard for them to breathe because it's too warm. Thanks.

 A:    No, you don't burn more calories when you sweat or it's hotter in the room. You just become more dehydrated. Burning calories is about energy exchange, and that requires movement. If what the teacher is saying were true, we could all just jump in the suana to lose weight and forget about exercise. When you get out of the suana, and you've lost weight, that weight loss is water weight not body fat.

Keep taking the class and drink losts of water. If weight loss is what your after, make sure you are consistently burning more calories than you eat. That is energy exchange, and the only way you lose weight.
 
 
 Q:    How much weight will I lose if I walk on my treadmill for 15 min a day, burning 100 calories, and 35.5 grams of fat?

 A:    You just have one part of the weight loss formula. You need to know how many calories you are eating, and what the difference is between the calories in verses the calories out.

It takes 3500 more calories burn than eaten to burn off one pound of body fat. We at fatburn recommend that you burn 500 calories more than you eat each day of the week. At this rate you will lose one pound a week.
