Hiya! These rooms are quiet lol. You'll reach your goal way before me, but we can keep in touch. This however is my last attempt at a diet. If this doesn't work, I've been lookin into the gastric bypass surgery. I know it's not good, but I'm at my wits end lol. Well, take care and good luck.

Hi ladybug sweet lady here, different post my girlfriend had the bypass surgery and did well, but let me tell you the pitfalls, she lost over 180 lbs in alsmot two years, I have lost weight to and compared to her loss I lost more weekly than her. She is on supplements for the rest of her life and over 150 per month. She has had three plastic surgeries to remove the excess skin that comes from losing too much weight the wrong way. I understand that you are frustrated and but the surgery is not the answer they dont tell you that 1 out of 5 die from this surgery they dont tell you that 2 out of 5 develop life long disabilities. You can do this you can and you have to believe that you deserve to we all deserve to. We are all we got. If not for yourself than who. Learn to love yourself as you are then little by little allow yourself to lose this weight. Are you exercising? If not just walk a little everyday, I think I told you that in the other reply. The surgery is not the only answer, it is the last the resort. If you can afford a trainer even it it is just for a few sessions I would do that, find a walking buddy or someone to go to the gym with. I live in NY and if you do we can do this together. Dont be ashamed of yourself, we are not what we look like we are people who lost control and now are gaining it back. Be strong and stand up for yourself.
