Interesting to me, too, that no one uses these forums. Some of the topics haven't had posts for years! Still, though, I keep coming back to fatburn because, if I stay within the guidelines it sets, I do lose weight. Hoping to stick to it a little better this time. Lost about 70 pounds several years ago and have gradually gained back about 2/3 of it...hope to turn this train around. I'm tired of the burden of the weight and of having a closet full of clothes I either can't wear or don't want to wear!
