The activities calories is the total number of calories that you burned. (If you click on it, you will jump to the Activities page that will show you the details.) This number includes the number of calories that you burn just living.
The net burn is the total number of calories that you ate minus the number that you burned. Red (or negative) numbers are "bad." (Better stop eating and go to the gym! :-) )

I own 2 spa(hot tubs)retail stores. We sell Marquis Brand Spas and also saunas, gazebos and grills. FYI you need to be careful that you don't go too low on your daily fat intake-anything below 15% could actually be hindering your weight loss. I am so sore today. I did my leg routine yesterday and changed out exercises and OMG!!!!!!! I can barely walk or sit, but it feels good because I know I really gave it my all. When do you usually workout? I do early mornings before I've eaten to get maximum effectiveness. So far, so good. Talk to ya later. Sam
