I'm totally motivated too. I've been doing this for a week now. I am scared to weigh myself but I can tell I lost a little because my jeans fit better. I am going on a cruise in February and I would really like to walk around in my bathing suit and not worry about what I look like. Good luck!! Wish me luck too!!!
