Subject:  Starting Over Again
I have noticed that no-one seems to use these message boards. I'm curious as to whether there are others using this program?

I did really well using Fat Burn over the winter, but lost my focus once summer arrived with so many activites and camping, etc. I would appreciate anyone's thoughts on jumping back in. I worked so hard to lose and I have now gained back almost everything I lost and feel a little hopeless. I decided to start again today, but feel a little defeated already.

Nancy,
Remember the old saying if you fall of the horse clean yourself off and start again. Well my experience has been if something has worked before it will work again. Just take it one day at a time and review your journals and jump back in. LOL with your starting point. I'm new to this site but not to the losing world I hope to make this a lifestyle change.

I lost quite a bit of weight using Fatburn a few years ago (around 30 lbs.) but when I was transfered to Europe for a new job, I gained back all the weight I had lost. I'm back in the States now and using Fatburn again. Instead of focusing on all the weight I lost before (then gained back), I concentrate on the weight I'm losing now. I congratulate myself for every pound I lose and look forward to seeing that "You've lost...lbs." every morning. It's a great motivator, seeing that all the hard work you're doing is paying off somehow (even if it's only .22 lbs!)
