Subject: What is your calorie-intake goal?
Hey all,
So there's obviously a formula for calorie-intake vs. calorie-expenditure (via exercise, etc.) But what balance have you guys had the most success with?
For example, do you try to stay as close to the "minimal" calories needed (without going into "starvation mode")? (For me, that would be staying just over 1200 calories a day. And doing a simple 30 minute workout.)
Or, do you up your calories and simply exercise more? For me, that would be hitting between 1400-1500 calories, and adding at least another 30 minutes of cardio to my workout.
Which formula works best for you guys in your experiences? Any difference in weight loss? Energy levels? etc.
I know everyone's body is different. But I'm just curious.
