Subject: Anyone out there?
I'm back. I lost over 20 pounds last year using fatburn, but gained much of it back over the holidays ( a yearly curse for me). I'm back on track & looking for anyone else out there who may want to work on our goals together. These boards are way too quiet!! Let's support one another!!!

Hiya! These rooms are quiet lol. You'll reach your goal way before me, but we can keep in touch. This however is my last attempt at a diet. If this doesn't work, I've been lookin into the gastric bypass surgery. I know it's not good, but I'm at my wits end lol. Well, take care and good luck.

I would like to have a buddy through this very tiring time. I have been using this system for three weeks and have already lost sixteen pounds. I started off at 223 and this mourning I tipped the scale at 207. I have a family reunion coming the 28th of June and want to be down to 145. I know this is drastic but I have been walking for at least 2 1/2 hours a day along with pilates and aerobic excersice tapes every day. I would just like to have someone that I can talk to when the urge to have a huge bowl of cookie dough ice cream comes on.
