Subject:  Yard work
I used to do housework and let my husband do all of the yard work. Lately I've been getting bored with my workouts. One day I went outside and raked the leaves. I found that it was a great workout. So now I help my husband to maintain the lawn and I sweep out the carport. It really does burn a lot of calories and you work up a sweat.
