Subject: Configuring Calories
I understand that you need to burn 3500 calories a week to lose a pound - or 500 daily. However, my confusion is - if you're given your Net Burn Goal(like 1667)and you burn 700 calories a day doing exercise(gym,walking,etc, and eat about 1400 calories daily, then how do you know how many calories you burned for the day to make sure you're on track? Is there a simple equation/configuration to follow so I know I'm losing weight correctly? Thanks!
