Subject: Yoga
If you belong to a gym or live near a Yoga studio, I highly recommend taking a yoga class. It is very relaxing, you do a lot of stretching and deep breathing but you still burn calories. The bonus is that most classes run 50 minutes to an hour so you can get your workout done in a set amount of time and get on with your day.
