hello. I am new to fatburn.com. I need all the motivation I can get to lose 15 lbs. Current weight is 145, which I gained in the past 18mos after hysterectomy and anti-depressants. my husband thinks I look nice with the extra lbs., but I don't feel good about myself at 145 lbs. I did manage to lose 5 lbs in the past 2 months but did not exercise. Now I am afraid I will tip the scales back to 150 and I am only 5ft 2in!

Exercise is the key. The older I get the more I realize that. Maybe you and your husband can find an activity to do together. Even though he doesn't mind the weight, it's how you feel that matters. Hang in there.

It is great that your husband doesn't mind so you don't have the added pressure. My husband is good that way also. He would never say anything if I put on a few pounds. I agree with you though I don't feel as good. So it is great you are doing it for yourself. Hang in there. Some people like a routine others like to change what they do every day. Just figure out what works best for you. I am a swimmer and so I swim and do weights but that is not for everyone. I think once you are doing something and take control you will fell better. Good Luck.
