Subject: beef stroganoff - really healthy!
i took one lean hamburger patty, 3/4 of a cup dry low-carb (about 10 net carb) pasta, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, and one ounce each of reduced fat dubliner and gouda cheese. i sauteed the hamburger until it was fully cooked , and meanwhile, had the 3 cheeses on a low heat in a sauce pan, melding together. after they had softened and blended, i added the cooked low- carb pasta and the hamburger and mixed them together. this recipe was 2 servings for me, but the nutrition facts for the entire thing are: 550 calories, 14 fat, 14 grams carbs, 770 grams sodium, 61 grams protein. this tastes great!!
