Subject: This really works
Within two weeks I have lost close to 4 1/2 pounds!!!! I'm so excited. I have 16 more to go and know that I will be able to reach my goal sooner than I anticipated. As long as I stay within my net burn number of (714),then I instantly know that I am not exceeding the amount of calories I'm required to consume, I then lose!!This is such a simple and amazing way of tracking your progress. And, it really, really works!! Good luck to everyone!!
