I don't see anyone replying, so I will to myself. The first three days were not bad. I excersized more than normal (more like my old self) which I'm happy about. Drinking almost the 64 oz of water. I feel like I can do this...AND...I think I'm already losing weight. I feel a little thinner! OK...I'll keep going.

In case anyone needs inspiration and reads these posts, I'm replying again to myself...I've lost 2lbs in less than a week! Taking the time to enter everything is important. It's not hard, and it's fun to track the progress. Also, it's good to see the summary during the day to see what I'm missing in my diet. If I notice the carbs too high, the next food will be more protein.
