You will notice on the meal page, it has a water intake line. So, yes, you do need to include water consumption on your daily log. :)
I eat at odd times too - so I just log my entry to the time catagory which seems most appropriate. I would think the bottom line is what is most important - how many calories were consumed vs. how many were burned that day. ??

At the end of the day go to the summary after entering all your information -food, activities. The net burn is calories burned. The following day the pounds lost will be fugured. 0.17 lbs lost etc. Good luck I have lost 30 lbs so far using this system.
