Subject: Housework
Hello! All I do for exercise right now is clean the kitchen and do laundry. I move at a faster pace and put it under housecleaning. When I go food shoppin, I put that under slow strolling. I need to lose 20-30lbs before I start walkin at the lake. Right now I get out of breath too easy and my feet and back start to hurt. I am goin to start tho. Maybe sooner, gotta see. Hey! Housework does seem to burn a lot of calories, but I always wonder if I'm actually doing to that extent. So, I guess I should just move a little faster.
