No kidding! I always said that the only way I would ever let myself be over 140 (I'm 5'1") was if I was pregnant! I've been using fatburn for a week and a half and I am thrilled to have lost 3 lbs, putting me at 147! 140 sounds good right now! (am aiming for 120)

I lost 30 pounds about 6 years ago and said I would never get back up to 150 again. When I started fatburn in October I was up to 155. Now I'm down to 147 also.

that's great...i've found this site works for me as well. i'm able to consistently devote 1-2 hours a day to working out and i've lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks. i was aiming for 15 lbs in 3 MONTHS but the information that i've learned concerning the nutritional values of various foods has allowed me to really discipline my eating habits to really see those extra results that only motivate me further. good luck!

I am SO with you sister! I actually lost weight in my pregnancy because I was so very sick. Now my baby is 5 months old, and I am creeping back up to my pre-pregnancy weight (which was way too high!), and that was the sign that it was time to get serious. :) Good luck!!! I just started and have lost 4 pounds so far.

I know exactly what you mean. I didn't think I'd ever get up to 230 lbs. I see other large people and think "I hope I don't look that bad!".
