What if I am not a member at any of my local gyms because of finacial reasons. So is there a way inwhich I can excercise without using state-of-the-art technology, I know it is possible. But, my question really is if fatburn.com provides more information on what I can do to work-out outdoors? It would be better for me if I pay six dollars to fatburn.com because it is cheaper and from what I have reviewed it seems as though it is very effective program. |

Recently I have gained about 50 pounds. I am a 21 year old female and I used to weigh 95 pounds. Now I weigh 145 and Im gaining! My question is, it seems that I gain weight every week, at 800 calories a day. Is this because I used to abuse ephedrine pills? I used to not eat very much either. Im very miserable and would like to get to 120 by May 1. Is this possible. I can run for an hour a day and add more exercise if I need, and I will eat whatever I need just tell me how many calories! I am very confused. Can I eat less than 800? If I eat 1000 or over I gain 1-2 pounds a week and I do not want to do that anymore. Thank you. I would love to start using your site if you can help me.
