Subject: lookin for a buddy
Hello. I'm on my 4th day. I'm doin pretty good. Haven't lost anything yet. I need to drink more water. Hardly anyone uses these forums. That's a bummer. I'm lookin for a buddy to email back and forth for support and just chat with. Anyone interested? Take care everyone.

I am happy to communicate with you, though I am not as prompt about email as I'd always like. I have a 5 1/2 month old daughter. Good luck, and I'll keep you posted! I just started on 2/13 and already lost 7 pounds, but that's because I started so high - 223. And I've been sick, and they keep telling me that I'm below my miniumum when I've had 1600 calories. I am trying to figure out what they want my minimum to be so that I don't slow down my metabolism.

I have been doing this since 1/7/05. I started at 184 on 1/3/05 and 32%+ bodyfat. I am now 164 and 26.8%BF. I am a mother of 2(16 year old daughter and 9 year old son). I workout at my home with powerblock freeweights. I am going to Hawaii in 7 days and I just went to the store yesterday to buy my bathingsuit-how depressing. I swear they use the worst lighting possible in dressing rooms. I have to keep reminding myself that it took a longtime to reach the point I was at and to be healthy and not lose lean bodymass is going to take time. Let me know how it's going with you and if you have any great recipes because I'm getting just a tad bit tired of CHICKEN BREAST!!!!!!!!!! Catch ya later.

Although I signed up with fatburn.com a year ago, I never really applied myself. TODAY, I am commiting myself to loosing 15 pounds by mid-July!! I started taking Thyroid medication in June of last year and gained 10 pounds within months. I decided to stop taking it and will try to eat healthy (sucker for fast food) to improve not only my body but my overall wellbeing. (I have really lost a lot of energy lately and I think it is my poor diet)
Anyhow, I have never chatted on line BUT I could use a buddy or two for inspirational encouragement!!
