sometimes I think we get into a rut when things are working and our bodies eventually get so used to them that we level out. Maybe try a different form of exercise or vary your foods. Maybe eat a larger meal at lunch and less at night. I find that if I shake things up a little bit, my body tends to pay attention and the weight starts to come off again.
