Subject: my experience
I just wanted to add my experience here, if it is helpful for anyone. Ive been trying to diet for years and really felt out of control almost superstious about diet and exersise until I found fatburn. I started I think in Feburary last year and gradually in about 4 months I lost 22lbs. That doesn't seem as much or as fast as some of you have posted. I found though that I was more sucessful when I ate below the minimum requirement. If I did eat my minimum requirement I'd plateau and just stay there. I think bodies are different and everyone has a different metabolism. Mine is unluckily really slow. I did gain some of that weight back over the winter. It starts in October and I just have the physical urge to eat heavier. Like meat,potatoes. I also feel less active. I gained back 8 pounds but I kept working out anyway. Now its spring again and I am starting to loose again. Fatburn has been a real saving grace for me.
