Subject: New Challenge for Me
Hi, I recently got out of the Active Army and totally thought I would be done with it forever. I moved to a great city and have been loving trying out the new foods, but of course, with the lack of physical activity and new foods, I've gained some weight. Also, my height and weight by BMI standards show that I'm overweight, but my look doesn't show that. I'm a little frustrated with that. I think my weight lifting does that to my weight. So anyway, I'm really excited to find this place, because I just signed back up to the National Guard and need to get back into shape. My husband and I started doing the 60/30/10 plan with carbs/prot/fat and I have really learned a lot by watching my fat intake, did you know that a quesadilla has 98g of fat in it. Yikes. Anyway, anyone want to talk, let me know and we'll exchange emails. I'm looking for people that are serious about this, and no offense I don't want a wierd chat partner. Good luck to everyone!

I signed up for Fatburn several months ago BUT did not stick with it. I am trying to start over TODAY. New outlook and hopefully (drum roll) more self discipline!!
My goal is to loose 15 pounds by mid-July. I want to take a beach vacation with my husband and not feel embarrased about my body.
Anyone wanting to exchange words of encouragement - would be great. :)
