Hi, I was also shocked to see that no one really uses the message boards. I found this website by accident, but was impressed by an answer to a question that I was pondering on. I joined and I love this, calorie in calorie out I am learning so much. I would love to have someone to chat with while I am doing this. I have 112 lbs left to lose...I lost 45 lbs so far on my own and a personal trainer but was struggling with proper diet for me. I tried Weight Watchers but dont have time to make meetings and this is so much cheaper. Look forward to hearing from you. Taking charge of my health finally.

Hey! You sound a lot like me. I need to lose 60 lbs! Like you, I have lost it before and gained it all back. Motivation is what I like. This site seems to really be what I am looking for. I am very excited!!!

This is also my first day. And like you I have tried every diet and online calorie counter out there. You should see my book shelf of diet, and cook books I have. The problem with me is that I don't need to lose a lot, but I always lose the motivation after about a week. Iwant something that works, but fun , and uncomplicated. I don't want to be sitting at the computer trying to log in just one meal. This really irritates me, then I lose interest and start my journey all over again. I should not have that problem with this program since they say they have such a large food database. Will see.
