Hi-
Welcome. I've just completed 2 weeks and have lost 4 pounds! Before that, I just couldn't get that darned scale to move. So, this site has definitely impressed me so far. Hope you're results are just as positive.

Thank you Sue for your reply. I have been faithfully doing this program since January 1. I have lost 5lbs so far. I never realized how much I was eating until I started this program. Now it makes sense why I wasn't losing weight. Thank you for the encoragement.

I'm really confused about the caloric intake and how much I should burn. There's no way I can burn more than I eat...Right now I'm barely making 1,000 calories that I eat, does that mean I'm supposed to burn more than 1,000 calories to lose something? I'm really, really confused. Anyone have an answer. I am liking seeing how much I eat and burn though, it's good to know...I've learned that bagels are way more loaded than I thought!
