I'm really confused about the caloric intake and how much I should burn. There's no way I can burn more than I eat...Right now I'm barely making 1,000 calories that I eat, does that mean I'm supposed to burn more than 1,000 calories to lose something? I'm really, really confused. Anyone have an answer. I am liking seeing how much I eat and burn though, it's good to know...I've learned that bagels are way more loaded than I thought!
