Hi Ada. Thanks for the reply. I just rejoined. I was off for month just to see if I could do this on my own...well, i'm back! LOL I lost 21 lbs so far in 11 weeks. I have about 5 more to go. How are you doing? Did you just start up or have you been here awhile?

Hi Ing,
I just started up a week ago Saturday. I've gained around 10-12 lbs in the last year and a half. I went from a more active situation to a more sedentary job. This happened to me before about 10 years ago and I was able to get rid of it. But, it just wasn't working this time. I got on the scale last Saturday and found I had (again)lost NOTHING?!!! I went right on-line to get some ideas, some help and I saw this sight and figured I'd give it a shot. Well, I saw results. The scale finally showed a decrease!!!! Woo hoo!:-) So, count me as a believer. Wow! 21 lbs in 11 weeks, that is great!I was wondering, could I do this on my own... You seem to have found out that it didn't work. What happened? I came across some free sites that kinda do the same thing. But, they weren't as user friendly. And that means a lot to me. In order for me to have the patience to enter meals, activities, etc., it should be as easy and painless as possible. What activities are you doing?
