Hi Ing,

I just started up a week ago Saturday. I've gained around 10-12 lbs in the last year and a half. I went from a more active situation to a more sedentary job. This happened to me before about 10 years ago and I was able to get rid of it. But, it just wasn't working this time. I got on the scale last Saturday and found I had (again)lost NOTHING?!!! I went right on-line to get some ideas, some help and I saw this sight and figured I'd give it a shot. Well, I saw results. The scale finally showed a decrease!!!! Woo hoo!:-) So, count me as a believer. Wow! 21 lbs in 11 weeks, that is great!I was wondering, could I do this on my own... You seem to have found out that it didn't work. What happened? I came across some free sites that kinda do the same thing. But, they weren't as user friendly. And that means a lot to me. In order for me to have the patience to enter meals, activities, etc., it should be as easy and painless as possible. What activities are you doing?

Somewhere on this site, it tells you the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning, when you wake up & after voiding your system. It also says you shouldonly weigh yourself once a week, if possible, because weight fluctuates. Just type in your weight from your weigh-in day. The reason it asks for your weight everyday is because your BMR changes with each pound.
