I am three weeks into the program and would really like for someone to show some interest in having a buddy for support and also to ask questions.
You lose weight all over your body at the same time. It doesn't matter how many sit-ups, crunches or other types of exercises you do--you will not just burn fat in that specific area.
While you may not be after the bodybuilder-style six pack, this site has an article called "How to get a six pack?" that goes into more detail.
