Subject: It's hard to stay at 1250 calories a day.
I have days where I don't go over the 1250 allowed. Other days I do, but usually not by much. Like not enough to put on a pound. I've lost 7 pounds so far, so it's workin. It would probably come off a lot faster if I stuck to it strickly, and drank a lot of water. The good thing is, I'm off junk food for good and soda. So I know that helps too. I seem to get real miserable and sick to my stomach when I'm hungry. I'm gonna have to spread out my meals and eat smaller ones. I know I can do it and want to do it. Take care everyone!

That would be hard for me too!! If I go over what I am supposed to eat, I exercise more. I would rather exercise than not eat...I love to eat!!
I changed my goal also. At first I was trying to lose 2 lbs a week, but I had to burn 1000 calories a day and I was having a hard time with that. So I changed my goal to just 1 pound per week weight loss. The results won't come as fast, but I don't have to deprive myself of the stuff I really like; so I think I will be able to keep up with it for longer. Good luck!
