I am am 33 yrs old, I joined on 10/6/04 and my goal is to lose 44 pds. I am gettting married in May and I need to be able to maintian healthy living and eating. I am 5 feet 7 and currenty weigh between 179-176 (It fluctuates) I am pretty happy with the site and the food tracking which has help me see that foods I thought were okay were not. I am learning to watch the fat intake and make sure I have enough protein during the day. I will start drinking water more often and I also excercise on my lunch hour as well as in the evenings. Thanks for a great way to track and control your eating habits.
Hi. I just joined today and I'm glad to see another newbie. I've got an initial goal of 36 pounds. I too work out during my lunch hour and try to get some exercise at night walking the dogs.
