It is great that your husband doesn't mind so you don't have the added pressure. My husband is good that way also. He would never say anything if I put on a few pounds. I agree with you though I don't feel as good. So it is great you are doing it for yourself. Hang in there. Some people like a routine others like to change what they do every day. Just figure out what works best for you. I am a swimmer and so I swim and do weights but that is not for everyone. I think once you are doing something and take control you will fell better. Hi. I just joined today and I'm glad to see another newbie. I've got an initial goal of 36 pounds. I too work out during my lunch hour and try to get some exercise at night walking the dogs.
