I would like to have a buddy through this very tiring time. I have been using this system for three weeks and have already lost sixteen pounds. I started off at 223 and this mourning I tipped the scale at 207. I have a family reunion coming the 28th of June and want to be down to 145. I know this is drastic but I have been walking for at least 2 1/2 hours a day along with pilates and aerobic excersice tapes every day. I would just like to have someone that I can talk to when the urge to have a huge bowl of cookie dough ice cream comes on.

Hi - I just read your post from a few months back and wanted to check on your progress. I need to loose 15 pounds and would like to do it by mid-July.
Although walking 2 1/2 a day seems a bit much for me, I am willing to do it if it works!!
Please let me know of any tips you have for fast weight loss.
