I Always gain at that time. Also around the time I should be ovulating. Usually, If I can ignore the cravings and stay on track I start losing again immediately afterward.

OK,totally back on track. My weigh in this morning showed down 2 for the week. A little faster than needed, but I've been doing a LOT of excersize and keeping track of the food. Also, drinking a lot of water. How are you doing 42?

OK, slow and steady...that's what I've heard. I have not been compliant every day to keep track of things...but I have most days. It seems to be working. I've lost another pound. Right now I'm down four pounds since I've started. That may not be much (especially when "the Biggest Loser" drops 50 to 100 pounds over a few months) but it's an improvement for me. So, I'm encouraged and will keep going. I think the weekends are hardest because the meal routine goes off. I think the next five pounds will really show.
