Hiya! How ya doin? I'm gettin a little frustrated. I can't seem to stay below 300. I go up 1-2lbs and back down again lol. If I was a little more stricter it would come off faster lol. I'm only alowed 1206 a day. That's not enough. I'm close to that after lunch. Even Richard Simmons goes from 1200 for men and women the first week to I think 1400 for women. I've eaten over 1206 since I've started fatburn, but never over 2000. Came close once lol. Hope you're doin better than I am. I'm gonna try and stick as close as I can from now on to around 1300-1400. Well take care. Ladybug

I am impressed. You should be so proud of yourself. Women generally complain about the 10 pounds they need to drop. I get so tired of thin women talking about dropping 10 pounds. You have lost 45 and are on your way. Stay with it. I am routing for you.
