Hi. I just joined today and I'm glad to see another newbie. I've got an initial goal of 36 pounds. I too work out during my lunch hour and try to get some exercise at night walking the dogs.

i workout on my lunch breaks also you have to do what works for you! getting up early doesnt work for me! i tried AGAIN this morning! hehe
