Hiya! How ya doin? I'm gettin a little frustrated. I can't seem to stay below 300. I go up 1-2lbs and back down again lol. If I was a little more stricter it would come off faster lol. I'm only alowed 1206 a day. That's not enough. I'm close to that after lunch. Even Richard Simmons goes from 1200 for men and women the first week to I think 1400 for women. I've eaten over 1206 since I've started fatburn, but never over 2000. Came close once lol. Hope you're doin better than I am. I'm gonna try and stick as close as I can from now on to around 1300-1400. Well take care. Ladybug

Hi lady bug, I have been up and down too but I am determined to do this I will be 50 in September and I dont want to live like this anymore. I just wont give up. I have a personal trainer and have come to understand what it means to get our bodies moving, you must get moving even if it is just to walk a mile everyday but you must get moving. I try to stay within the calorie limit but I got to say I am being so honest Imean when you think about who are we really lying to anyway, ourselves. When I plug in my meals I check and see where the calorie intake goes and adjust accordingly. What are you eating that consumes your calories by lunch? Also it doesnt say you cant go above it says dont go below and if you go above you need to do more exercise calories in calories out. I will tell you I have instant oatmeal (plain in the packet) and a banana in it or raspberries for breakfast very filling and healthy, I have a salad and I learned I love sweet peppers so I add them to the salad yum, with turkey breast or tuna or chicken also low cal. Snack is always fruit at night weight watchers pop and fruit or jolly time popcorn 94% fat free low low cal whole bag too. Dinner is fish or chicken I eat out all the time but I have scanned there restaurant list and I am amazed at what we can eat out there. Lady bug you can do this, you can make choices that will keep you satisfied and happy, sfter all this is for you and no one else. Hang in there.
