Hi Lee Sam, I broil the flounder or any fish put it in tin foil add whatever seasonings I use Mrs. Dash. a little fresh lemon juice broil for 8 - 10 minutes depending on fish size and thickness but till it is white and not clear, delicious. I worry more about fat grams so I stay under thirty grams daily. I am really into exercise, do 1-2 hr cardio per day and at least 30 min of circuit or weight training. I got so into it I am studying to be a personal trainer. I figure by the time I lose the weight I will have taken the certification exam and can proceed from there. This takes a lot of work and determination to change a way of life. Sometimes the numbers dont go down, but I am thinner now than before because of the exercising I do. Inches off, will probably need a tummy tuck at some point....I hope not but will do so if I cant accept it. Write soon.

Thanks, I'll have to give it a try. I weigh, but I'm much more concerned with my BF% than actual weight. I figure if the scale only shows a 1-1.5 lb loss per week, but my BF% is still going down then I'm losing BF and gaining some muscle. Good luck on becoming a personal trainer. There's a website www.burnthefat.com that I love. I bought the book and that is what I'm following for my lifestyle change. The author is Tom Venuto and he is awesome. I love that he isn't someone pushing this or that supplement and he doesn't think you have to take a pill or a certain powder to get the weight off. He goes into great detail about body chemistry and fatburning. If you are really wanting to get more detailed with your own training regimen and becoming a personal trainer there isn't a book out there that's as detailed and practical as his. Well I'm just about to close my store so I'll catch ya later.
