Subject: Re: Anyone out there?
So far I am doing well. The food journal really helps me to watch what I am eating. Entering the activities motivates me to work out more!

Thanks, I'll have to give it a try. I weigh, but I'm much more concerned with my BF% than actual weight. I figure if the scale only shows a 1-1.5 lb loss per week, but my BF% is still going down then I'm losing BF and gaining some muscle. Good luck on becoming a personal trainer. There's a website www.burnthefat.com that I love. I bought the book and that is what I'm following for my lifestyle change. The author is Tom Venuto and he is awesome. I love that he isn't someone pushing this or that supplement and he doesn't think you have to take a pill or a certain powder to get the weight off. He goes into great detail about body chemistry and fatburning. If you are really wanting to get more detailed with your own training regimen and becoming a personal trainer there isn't a book out there that's as detailed and practical as his. Well I'm just about to close my store so I'll catch ya later.
