How do you get protein without adding too much fat and going over your daily allowance. Also if I'm staying low in calories and fat, but my carbs are higher than they are supposed to be, is that bad?

One of the best ways to add some low-fat protein is with a protein powder. You can mix it up and drink as a shake or, add it to some of your meals by mixing it in with your foods. Some folks like to stir in a scoop or two of chocolate protein powder into their oatmeal for instance. Hope this helps!

I eat soy products, soy burgers, chicken patties, stuff like that. They are better than you think.
