Thanks so much for the motivation. Knowing that you lost 25 1bs. is great! I just started tonight and I hope to lose 60 lbs. in the long run. Cokes are my weakness.

One of the best ways to add some low-fat protein is with a protein powder. You can mix it up and drink as a shake or, add it to some of your meals by mixing it in with your foods. Some folks like to stir in a scoop or two of chocolate protein powder into their oatmeal for instance. Hope this helps!
