Exercise is real important if you are trying to drop those pounds! Walking is great as it doesn't require lots of equipment, etc. Try to pick something you like to do -- for me I enjoy walking and riding my bicycle. Depending on where you live, weather will determine what you can do outdoors. But if you study the activities list, you'll see there are lots of things that help burn calories -- housecleaning, for example. Look at raking leaves or gardening -- they burn calories! Perhaps you can find a few activities on the list that are easy for you to incorporate into your daily routine.
Hang in there and keep up the good work -- I've lost 18 pounds since March and think fatburn is terrific. You can do it, too!

Hi Jada...I'm new to fatburn and I also think more comunication thru the forum should be done. This is very helpful for new members like me. I think those that have master the program should give suggestions on how to use the program better. Hope to hear from you soon...
