Carol, how much weight have you lost in total? I did the same thing, reduced my weightloss per week. It was difficult to stick to, so I thought I would have more success if the weightloss came slower.

300 calories shouldn't be too hard. There are plenty of good foods out there under 300 calories! 50 calories would be a little tougher, but I think you could still have some veggies or small fruits. I have a paperback calorie counter book that I look in to find foods in a certain calorie range.
Exercises: Do you have stairs at home? Run up and down the stairs for 5-10 minutes! Or get an exercise video and pop it in the vcr. Get some handweights or ankle weights and do some weight training. Good luck!

I like to eat cereal in the evenings when I don't have a lot of calories left. My favorite is Quaker Crunchy Corn Cereal. It's filling, so it leaves me very satisfied. Be sure to eat it with 2%, 1%, or non-fat milk. As far as exercising goes, when I only need to burn around 50 calories I will do some of the activities on the list for 1 or 2 minutes. For example jumping rope, walking up and down stairs, dancing, stretching, sit-ups, and push-ups are all great calorie burners!
