No. However, before taking any supplement be sure to do the research. There is a lot of evidence these days on the harm overloading your body with vitamins can do. |

I have pms 3 weeks out of the month. I'm always hungry along with multiple cravings, body aches, fatigue, and weight gain. I try to keep my 4-5 days a week workout, but my body won't allow me. What can I do to help these issues? And should I continue to drink alot of water? |

The first question is best answered by your doctor. Drinking water is always a good idea. |
