You should be challenged each time you workout with your trainer. Should you be sore? Yes, but not like you were the first time you started. You should be tender the next day. This will tell you that you worked your body past the place you were before. Good luck. |

You have too many questions without enough personal information to give you accurate answers to your questions. However, sometimes the body will slow it's BMR down to stop you from starving yourself. Consistency is the key here. Also, just be patient. Weigh loss is a commitment to a new way of life and needs to be gradual. If you stay with the your program, being sure you are in a caloric deficit each day (while eating healthy and balanced), your body will respond. Be consistent and patient. |

Hi was thinking about buying a performance supplement to assist me with my weight loss. And I would like your thoughts on performance supplements. They say that their product penetrates stubborn fat and suppresses your appetite for weight loss. They also, say that their product removes [the subcutaneous] water under your skin so you can finally see great muscle shape, cuts, and definition and you can now manage your overall weight and diet unlike ever before. Thanks I look forward to getting your feedback. |
